"Insight to Influence were engaged to provide a clear roadmap of change management interventions and activities to support the Department of Justice and Attorney-General transition a new service delivery model into the business. They worked with the project board to agree the Vision and key objectives of the project and delivered a very comprehensive Strategic Change Management Plan outlining a clear path for change activities, and identified key change risks. This is an excellent resource and reference that has been, and still is being, used to inform change activities. They have completed change readiness and risk profile reports, provided one-on-one coaching and worked more broadly with different stakeholders to assist them to understand their leadership role in change, completed a training needs analysis and provided ongoing expert advice regarding change interventions.
